Changelog for Silly Discard Mini-Mode

V4: Rebalanced cards again. ATK gained = TP cost of the discarded card, unless it's a card that draws and discards in the same turn, in which case ATK gained is a bit higher.

- Effects are still limited to 3 duplicates
- Increased max hand size to 15, because reasons

- Shroom: when discarded, discards your opponent's cards. Can be played to draw cards after Discards happen. Warning: this card is visible to your opponent while in hand!
- Bugs: when played, your opponent draws cards.
- Leafs: when played, discards your opponent's cards.
